House Rules
It is in everybody’s interest that these regulations are complied with. By co-operating fully, the comfort and well-being of all residents will be assured.
Noise – Any noise that may constitute an annoyance eg radio, TV etc must be kept to a minimum. You should respect your neighbours’ entitlement to quiet enjoyment at all times and ensure that no noise emits from your apartment between 11pm and 8am.
Security – Common area doors are to be kept closed at all times. Under no circumstances are strangers to be allowed entry into the building. Should you notice anything suspicious please contact Store Street Garda Station on 6668000.
Obstructions – No items may be left in any of the common areas including landings, stairwells or the car park.
Balconies – The use of balconies for hanging of washing, etc is strictly prohibited.
Common Areas – Please respect all common areas by not littering. If you have to move furniture etc please take care that the paintwork, fixtures and fittings are not damaged. Ballplaying is not permitted.
Lifts – Please remember that the lifts are for passengers only and the weight limit may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Apartment Use – The apartments may not be used for trade or business purposes.
Car Park – Only motor cars entitled to be in the car park should be parked there. Parking of boats, caravans or commercial vehicles in the car park is not allowed.
Pets – Pets which may cause annoyance to residents are not permitted.
Refuse – Refuse sacks should be tied securely and placed in the refuse receptacles provided for that purpose. Refuse should not be left on balconies, inside the block or outside refuse stores.
Satellite Dishes – Are not permitted on the exterior of the building.
Signage – The erection of signs or notices on the balcony, exterior of the building, or in any window is prohibited.
Emergency – Please keep management company advised of keyholders details.
Please ensure that these rules are included in any sub-tenant agreement. The above rules should be read in conjunction with the covenants of your lease. If you have any doubt or queries please refer to the management company.
These house rules should form part of any letting agreement between an owner and prospective tenant. Please ensure they are inserted in the letting agreement before signature by the tenant.
